    Unit 1: Foundations of English

    Goal: Introduction, basic vocabulary, and simple communication.

    Topics:

    • Greetings and introductions (Hi, Hello, What’s your name?, Where are you from?)
    • Introducing yourself (name, nationality, profession)
    • Common verbs: be, have, do, go
    • Most commonly used words in English (Sentences related to them)  (The, be, to, of, and, a, in, that, have, I etc).

    Skills:

    • Talking about your country/job
    • Asking and answering yes/no questions
    • Listening to simple conversations

    Unit 2: Everyday Life Vocabulary

    Goal: Use English in simple, everyday settings.

    Topics:

    • Family and relationships
    • Daily routines and activities
    • Food and meals
    • Clothing and shopping
    • Weather and seasons

    Grammar:

    • Present Simple tense
    • Subject pronouns (I, you, he, she)
    • Plural nouns
    • Articles (a, an, the)
    • There is / There are

    Skills:

    • Describing your day
    • Talking about habits and routines
    • Asking for and giving basic information

    Unit 3: Social Situations & Small Talk

    Goal: Gain confidence in short, polite conversations.

    Topics:

    • Meeting new people
    • Talking about likes and dislikes
    • Making and responding to small talk
    • Making polite requests and suggestions

    Grammar:

    • Verb “to be” in questions and answers
    • Can/Can’t for ability and permission
    • Like + verb-ing
    • Question words (Who, What, Where, When)

    Skills:

    • Introducing others
    • Asking for help
    • Expressing preferences politely

    Unit 4: Practical Communication

    Goal: Learn to function independently in common real-life situations.

    Topics:

    • At the supermarket, store, or restaurant
    • Taking public transport
    • Booking a hotel or appointment
    • Talking to a doctor
    • Asking for/giving directions

    Grammar:

    • Countable and uncountable nouns
    • Some / any / much / many
    • Prepositions of place and time
    • Imperatives (Give me…, Go straight…)

    Skills:

    • Role-playing shopping and travel scenarios
    • Reading menus, signs, and forms
    • Making appointments or reservations

    Unit 5: Talking About the Past

    Goal: Describe personal experiences and past events.

    Topics:

    • Life events (graduation, marriage, moving)
    • Telling stories and anecdotes
    • Vacations and travel
    • Job history

    Grammar:

    • Past Simple tense (regular and irregular verbs)
    • Was/Were
    • Time expressions (last year, ago, yesterday)

    Skills:

    • Writing a short story or biography
    • Talking about past jobs and travel
    • Listening for past-tense events in audio clips

    Unit 6: Future and Plans

    Goal: Talk about future intentions and make plans.

    Topics:

    • Making future plans
    • Invitations and arrangements
    • Setting goals (personal or professional)
    • Talking about hopes and dreams

    Grammar:

    • Future time expressions (next week, tomorrow)
    • First Conditional (If + present, will + verb)

    Skills:

    • Making and responding to invitations
    • Talking about your weekend plans
    • Describing future goals or wishes
