3. Institutional Commitments

WingsWay Training Institute shall:

4. Professional Conduct Expectations

All learners and staff members are expected to:

  • Behave respectfully and professionally
  • Avoid abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or inappropriate behaviour
  • Respect cultural diversity and inclusivity
  • Maintain professionalism during classroom and online interactions
  • Avoid academic misconduct, cheating, or unethical behaviour
  • Follow examination regulations and awarding body requirements

The following may result in disciplinary action:

  • Harassment or bullying
  • Discriminatory remarks or behaviour
  • Verbal abuse or intimidation
  • Inappropriate digital conduct
  • Examination malpractice
  • Misuse of institute property or systems
  • Threatening behaviour

5. Learner Welfare & Support

WingsWay recognises the importance of learner wellbeing and aims to:

  • Maintain supportive communication channels
  • Provide reasonable guidance and learner support
  • Address welfare concerns appropriately
  • Support fair access to learning opportunities
  • Maintain safe and comfortable learning facilities

Learners are encouraged to raise concerns without fear of retaliation.

6. Safeguarding & Reporting Concerns

Any safeguarding, welfare, misconduct, or professional conduct concern should be reported to institute management through official channels.

Reported concerns will:

  • Be treated seriously and confidentially
  • Be reviewed fairly and professionally
  • Be documented appropriately
  • Be escalated where required under UAE law or awarding body requirements

WingsWay reserves the right to suspend access to training or examinations where safety, integrity, or professional conduct concerns arise.

7. Online Learning & Digital Conduct

For virtual training sessions and digital learning platforms:

  • Respectful conduct is mandatory
  • Unauthorised recording or distribution of sessions is prohibited
  • Offensive or disruptive behaviour is not permitted
  • Trainers may remove participants for serious misconduct

8. Confidentiality & Data Protection

WingsWay maintains confidentiality of learner and staff information in accordance with applicable UAE regulations and internal data protection practices.

Information will only be disclosed:

  • Where operationally required
  • Where legally required
  • Where necessary to protect safety or institutional integrity

9. Policy Ownership & Review

This policy is reviewed periodically by institute management to ensure alignment with:

  • UAE regulatory expectations
  • KHDA operational standards
  • International awarding body requirements
  • Institutional quality assurance practices
