Ronica Wilbon Wilson has spent 7+ years at the intersection of people, learning, and growth. Across the UAE, MENA, and four continents, she has designed training programmes, built institutional frameworks, and partnered with organisations to identify solutions that create lasting change.

Her background spans learning and development, conference production, institutional programme management, and corporate client engagement, giving her a rare ability to understand both what organisations need and what individuals are truly looking for. She has delivered over 150 training sessions, certified 90 trainers through structured Train the Trainer programmes, and led large-scale engagement initiatives reaching thousands of professionals and students across the region.

A USA Government-funded fellow, a Doctor of Pharmacy, and an M.Phil holder, she brings scientific rigour, global perspective, and a genuine belief that the right learning experience can transform not just skills, but lives. Shaped by experiences across the United States, China, Pakistan, and the UAE, she understands what it means to learn in a new environment, navigate unfamiliar systems, and come out stronger on the other side.
