    Learning Outcomes

    • List all of the knowledge areas and processes involved in projects
    • Write a scope statement
    • Develop a work breakdown structure for a project
    • Identify the human resources required
    • Estimate activity durations and create a network diagram
    • Perform a project risk assessment.
    • Be able to monitor, control, and close projects.

    Certifications

    The candidate can apply for two certifications 1 & 2 (optional) at the end of the course and proceed to the PMI examination after earning 35 PDUs.
