Secure technology is employed when you place online orders or transmit sensitive information. All sensitive data is transacted on secure servers with restricted employee access as we work through established third-party service providers and banks.
5. Retention of Information
We retain information if it is necessary to provide the services requested by you. Additionally, we may retain information from deleted or older, unutilised accounts to comply with the law, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with investigations, enforce the Terms of Use, and take other actions permitted by law. Your information is never shared outside the company without your permission. Inside the company, data is stored with restricted user access.
When you register to our website, landing pages, or through any data collection/survey mechanism applications like ‘Google Forms’, ‘Mailchimp’, etc., you are asked to provide your contact information, including a valid email address. We use this information to send you updates about WingsWay course confirmations and information about our services.
