We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to drive high-quality lead generation through strategic paid media campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other PPC platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across multiple platforms including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other PPC channels.
  • Design and implement strategies to drive high-quality leads while optimizing campaign performance through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and budget management.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure lead quality, effective lead nurturing, and maximum conversion rates.
  • Monitor, track, and analyze campaign performance metrics such as CPL (Cost Per Lead), ROI (Return on Investment), CTR (Click-Through Rate), and conversion rates using tools like Google Analytics and Ads Managers.
  • Work closely with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives, compelling copy, and high-converting landing pages.
  • Stay ahead of the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and strategies to continuously improve campaign performance and explore new opportunities.
  • Integrate SEO strategies to enhance organic traffic and complement paid media efforts.
  • Optimize landing pages and marketing content to improve user experience and conversion rates.

Key Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in PPC campaign management across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok Ads.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
  • Proven track record of successful lead generation and campaign optimization.
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns efficiently and optimize performance in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid understanding of SEO strategies, including on-page SEO and technical SEO, to improve organic search rankings.
  • Strong research skills to stay updated on emerging trends, new advertising tools, and digital marketing innovations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
