WingsWay Training Institute is looking for an Airline Cabin Crew Course Trainer to be based in Dubai who will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to aspiring cabin crew members. This role involves sharing practical experience, imparting theoretical knowledge, and fostering the development of essential skills required for a successful aviation career. The ideal candidate is a seasoned cabin crew professional with a passion for training and mentoring, and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

Responsibilities:

  • Curriculum Delivery: Deliver engaging and informative training sessions covering various aspects of cabin crew duties.
  • Training Material Development: Contribute to the development and updating of training materials, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and alignment with industry standards and IATA regulations. This includes creating presentations, handouts, and practical exercise scenarios.
  • Ability to train learners in other relevant areas like Passenger Ground Services, Airport Operations, Grooming, Etiquette, soft-skills, first-aid, interview preparation, etc..
  • Practical Training and Simulations: Conduct practical training exercises and simulations, such as mock-ups of in-flight scenarios, emergency procedures, and customer service interactions. Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Mentoring and Guidance: Provide mentorship and guidance to students, helping them develop the skills, confidence, and professionalism required to succeed in the cabin crew role. Offer individual support and address student queries.
  • Assessment and Evaluation: Evaluate student progress through assessments, practical exams, and observations. Provide feedback to students and track their performance throughout the training program.
  • Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and engaging learning environment in the classroom. Manage student behaviour and ensure adherence to training center policies.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other trainers and staff members to ensure consistency and quality in training delivery. Participate in training team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the aviation industry, including changes in regulations, procedures, and best practices. Incorporate this knowledge into training programs.
  • IATA Compliance: Adhere to all IATA regulations and training standards to maintain the training centre’s accreditation.
  • Administrative Tasks: Coordinate batch formation, and perform administrative tasks related to training delivery, such as attendance tracking, record keeping, and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Essential:
    • Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Cabin Crew member with a reputed airline.
    • Proven experience in training or mentoring others (formal or informal).
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong command of English (written and spoken).
    • Knowledge of spoken Arabic will be an advantage.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    • Passion for aviation and a commitment to training excellence.
  • Desirable:
    • IATA training certifications (e.g., Instructor Training, Safety Training).
    • Experience in curriculum development.
