- 3 years of full-time professional supply management experience with a Bachelor’s degree
- 5 years of full-time professional supply management experience without a Bachelor’s degree

Leadership and Transformation in Supply Management. Study materials for all three CPSM Exams are in one bundle. Study Guide (3 volume set) consisting of an expanded outline of the exam content, with definitions and fundamental terms, for each of the three exams.
ISM Professional Series (3 volume set): In-depth texts covering key concepts from each of the 3 exams.
Diagnostic practice exams for each of the CPSM exams. The practice exams include instructions for how to align the results from the diagnostic practice exams to the appropriate study material.

CPSM Exam Details
Earning a CPSM® Certification requires students to take and pass three exams which together cover the main segments of supply management.
There are three exams to prepare for CPSM.
- Supply Management Core (180 Q -3 hours)
- Supply Management Integration (165 Q -2.75 hours)
- Leadership and Transformation in Supply Management (165 Q – 2.75 hour)
Candidates must pass each exam with a minimum scaled Passing score of 400 regardless of the number of questions in that exam
